2020 : A year of changes.

why?

In February 18, Government
announced MCO which stands for Movement Control Order due to covid-19 outbreaks. We cannot simply go out from our home in order to break the chains of this virus. All education institutions and stores have to be closed also, even when i am writing this post, i am still cannot attending face to face class as usual. It is been almost 5 months since i went to my university. But, i am still happy because i can spend a lot more time with my family members and bonding the relationship!Plus, i have gain a lot of experience during these free time.

So today, i will share with you about community engagement that my usrah group and me done to help people out there. What is the topic?

1. Start your day with exercises.

Yes, i can hear you. Exercises is the least activity that we want to do during mco but i was so surprised with the effect that affect my body.To be honest, i rarely exercising or even jogging. At that time.ithink it will waste my time. I rather doing assignments. But i realized my body become weakear and even feel like fatigue. It become more worse when my online classses started and it makes me frustated. So after hesitating, i tell to myself this is for your sake !. I searched for ideas to solve this problen and it is by exercising atleast three time to five times a week. Today is the thirteen days after i started exercising.Trust me, i feel MOREE productive, my sleep schedule more organized and my mood become more better. Not to forget, my body become more stronger and energize!

2. Watching movies.

To be honest, i always watching movies at the time i feel sad and down. I enjoy watching crime, adventures and also comedy genre of movies. By watching movies for example after examinations or during submission weeks help me to stay relax and focus.

3.Baking

Baking is one of  the hobbies that suitable for all genders. Back then, i hate baking or even cooking as i thought these two activities are burdensome and tiring haha aigoo, but during mco where we cannot go outside to hangout, i feel bored, FINALLY i started baking ( i still hate cooking haha). The first food that i baked was a cheese cake, frankly speak it was so scrumptious! You guys need to try baking atleast once because I am sure one you entered that world, you gonna enjoy it!

4.Writing journal

Wah, definitely not me before! but i remembered reading an article that says if you dont want to bottled up all your sadness or frustration, just write it out! It helps a lot. I also write a journal for me to remember those sad and happy times that occured in my precious life.Later, when i read it in the future, maybe i will get strength and inspiration from my long journey back then.

5. Reading

Do you know what was the first ayah of our holy Al-quran?

It is a verse that means : read! This is the link for that surah.

Allah tells us that by reading, you will gain knowledge and In Islam Seeking knowledge is compulsory for all muslims! That how important it is. I also not always read books but I realized for us to become a better version of us, Reading plays a big part of it. So, lets together instill reading as a new norm in our life for a better future.

I hope our sharing will help all all of you to spend your time wisely and benefit you guys in any aspects in your life. Remember, Time is gold.
